Opinion

THORNE, Judge.

¶ 1 Westmont Maintenance Corporation and Westmont Mirador, LLC (collectively Westmont2) appeal from the district court's order dismissing their defamation complaint against attorney Dwayne A. Vance and imposing sanctions against Westmont in the amount of $2,600 to be paid to Vance to compensate him for the time he spent defending the case on his own behalf. We affirm.
