Memorandum Decision

ORME, Judge:

¶ 1 Shayne Todd appeals the district court's denial of his motion to correct an illegal sentence under rule 22(e) of the Utah Rules of Criminal Procedure. We affirm.

¶ 2 In 2001, a jury convicted Todd of murder. As a result of the same episode, he also pled guilty to purchasing or possessing a dangerous weapon. He was subsequently sentenced to five years to life in prison for the murder conviction, and one...
