Opinion

ORME, Judge:

¶ 1 Stepsaver, Inc. petitions for review of the Workforce Appeals Board's decision affirming the award of unemployment benefits to Russell Talbot. Stepsaver argues that the Board erred in determining that Stepsaver offered no legally competent evidence to support its claim that Talbot was terminated for just cause. We agree with Stepsaver, set the Board's decision aside, and instruct the Board to reevaluate Stepsaver's contentions...
