Justice DURHAM, opinion of the Court:

¶ 1 Mr. Candland pled guilty to aggravated murder and now appeals his conviction and sentence. We hold that Mr. Candland received constitutionally adequate notice of the nature of the charge and of his limited appeal rights. We also hold that the district court did not abuse its discretion in determining that Mr. Candland entered his plea knowingly and voluntarily. We therefore affirm his conviction...
