ROTH, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiff Jack Walker appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants Anderson-Oliver Title Insurance Agency, Inc. (A-O Title), Stewart Title Guaranty Company (Stewart Title), and Daniel G. Anderson (collectively, the Defendants) on various tort claims.1 We affirm.
