¶ 1 Petitioner Rion Phillips seeks judicial review of the South Jordan City Appeal Board's (the Board) decision affirming South Jordan City Police Chief Lindsay Shepherd's termination of Phillips's employment with the South Jordan City Police Department. We decline to disturb the Board's decision.
