Opinion

McHUGH, Judge:

¶ 1 Jerry Saxton, Katie Saxton, Michael Connor, Sevea International Productions, LLC, American Equities Management, LLC, and Angels of America, LLC (collectively, Appellants) appeal the trial court's entry of judgment in favor of Michael N. Macris. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
