¶ 1 This appeal presents a dispute over attorney fees. The appeal arises from appellee Salt Lake County's unsuccessful attempt to condemn a portion of Emigration Canyon real estate owned by appellant Butler, Crockett & Walsh Development Corporation (BCW).
