ROTH, Judge:

¶ 1 Mohamed Daffalla Kabor appeals from the denial of his motion to reinstate his right to appeal. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2 On November 19, 2008, Kabor was convicted of murder, obstruction of justice, and three counts of discharging a firearm from his vehicle. He was sentenced on January 23, 2009, to the statutory prison terms on each count with the sentences for murder and obstruction of justice to run consecutively...
