¶ 1 This case presents a certified question of law from the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Dr. Douglas Reinhart claimed an exemption in bankruptcy for 75 percent of wages that he earned prior to filing his bankruptcy petition but that were either paid to or still owing to Dr. Reinhart after the date of the petition.
