DAVIS, Judge:

¶ 1 David Eugene Falkner petitions this court for extraordinary relief pursuant to rule 65B(d) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. See Utah R. Civ. P. 65B(d). He challenges the district court's denial of his motion to reinstate his appeal from a justice court judgment, which the district court had remanded to the justice court for abandonment.
