DAVIS, Judge:

¶ 1 Beverly Jean Black Davis appeals on behalf of the Estate of Richard Davis1 from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Greg Sperry; Red Slab, LLC; and Provo City Corporation (collectively, Defendants). We reverse and remand.
