MEMORANDUM DECISION

THORNE, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Thaumasinh Syvongsa appeals his conviction of aggravated assault. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-103 (Supp.2012). Defendant argues that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction and that the State committed prosecutorial misconduct. We affirm.
