¶ 1 Rex Randall appeals from the district court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Progressive Classic Insurance Company, Inc. (Progressive). Randall had sought declaratory relief establishing that he was entitled to underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage through his Progressive automobile insurance policy, but the district court determined that no factual dispute existed and that Randall had rejected such coverage...
