MEMORANDUM DECISION

VOROS, Associate Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 This is a personal injury case arising from an automobile collision. Defendant Ricky L. Johnson filed a motion for summary judgment, arguing that his negligence was not a proximate cause of plaintiff Christopher Dee's injuries.1 The trial court agreed and granted summary judgment in favor of Johnson. We affirm.
