MEMORANDUM DECISION

VOROS, Associate Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Mark Scott Titus was convicted in a bench trial of two counts of lewdness involving a child, a class A misdemeanor offense under Utah Code section 76-9-702.5. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-9-702.5 (2008). On appeal, he contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the trial court's judgment.
