¶ 1 John S. Dudley appeals the trial court's determination that he did not properly exercise a right of rescission on a refinance loan made by Utah First Federal Credit Union (Utah First) and secured by his residence (the property). He therefore claims that Utah First, which purchased the property at a trustee sale, was not an owner entitled to make a claim of unlawful detainer and that, as a consequence, the court erred...
