MEMORANDUM DECISION

CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Jose Luis Alvarez-Delvalle appeals his jury conviction for rape, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-402 (2008), and his subsequent sentence. We affirm.
