MEMORANDUM DECISION

CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Creighton Hart appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for a directed verdict. We affirm.

¶ 2 After a two-day trial, the jury found Hart guilty of ten counts of violating a protective order. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-108 (2003) (current version at id. (2008)). At the close of the State's evidence, Hart moved for a directed verdict on all counts, arguing that...
