MEMORANDUM DECISION

DAVIS, Judge:

¶ 1 Silver Baron Partners, LC and Daedalus USA, Inc. (collectively, Defendants) appeal the trial court's judgment in its contract dispute with Shamrock Plumbing, LLC (Shamrock). Shamrock cross-appeals, claiming that the trial court erred in setting aside a default judgment against Defendants on grounds of excusable neglect.
