MEMORANDUM DECISION

McHUGH, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Brandon Michael Samples appeals his conviction of theft by receiving stolen property, a second degree felony. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-408 (Supp.2011).1 We affirm.
