¶ 1 This case comes before us on interlocutory appeal from the district court's denial of a motion to suppress. The defendant, Mr. Price, seeks to suppress evidence of a blood screen that tested positive for the presence of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the principal psychoactive constituent of marijuana.
