¶ 1 Petitioner Robert Takashi Swenson seeks review of the Workforce Appeals Board's (the Board) determination that it lacked jurisdiction over Swenson's appeal because he did not have good cause to justify his untimely appeal and the Board's determination that his employer had just cause for his termination.
