MEMORANDUM DECISION

CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

¶ 1 Carbon County seeks review of the Workforce Appeals Board's (the Board) decision awarding unemployment insurance benefits to a former county employee, Wade L. Marinoni. We affirm.
