OPINION

THORNE, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Trevor Merrill was charged with criminal homicide, child abuse homicide, a third degree felony, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-208 (2003), and reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, see id. § 76-5-112.1 Merrill seeks interlocutory review of the district court's denial of his motion to quash the bindover on those charges. We affirm.
