¶ 1 Ramiro Oseguera Jr. appeals the denial of his "motion to clarify judgment on 402 motion." Oseguera obtained a reduction of the level of his offense pursuant to Utah Code section 76-3-402(2) after his completion of probation, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-3-402(2) (2008), and later filed the motion to clarify seeking a reduction of his original sentence.
