DECISION

PER CURIAM:

¶ 1 Yvonne Martin appeals the district court's August 12, 2011 Judgment and Order concerning attorney fees awarded to Appellees (Unrelated Parties). The attorney fees were awarded to the Unrelated Parties after the district court granted their motions to quash a number of subpoenas. This matter is before the court on its own motion for summary disposition based upon lack of jurisdiction
