MEMORANDUM DECISION

CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Bhag Singh appeals his conviction for sexual abuse of a child, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-404.1(2) (2008), following a bench trial. We affirm.
