MEMORANDUM DECISION

DAVIS, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Christopher Ladd appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Bowers Trucking, Inc. and the Estate of Tyrone A. Granlund (collectively, Defendants). We affirm.
