MEMORANDUM DECISION

DAVIS, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Tonna Lee Bowen appeals the trial court's denial of her motion for summary judgment and grant of Analisa Palmer's (formerly known as Analisa Bowen) motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
