MEMORANDUM DECISION

ROTH, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Brian William Poundstone raises several issues challenging his entry of a plea to aggravated kidnapping, a first degree felony, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-302(1)(b)(iv), (3) (2008). We affirm.
