¶ 1 Appellant John Andrew Light appeals his conviction following a guilty plea to possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person, a class A misdemeanor. This case is before the court on a sua sponte motion to summarily dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction because Light did not file a timely motion to withdraw his guilty plea under Utah Code section 77-13-6(2).
