¶ 1 Tracy L. Southwick appeals from the district court's final order determining that his interest in the Don B. Southwick and Barbara P. Southwick Irrevocable Trust (the Trust) was limited to a one-third share of property remaining in the Trust and that he was estopped from making any claims against the Trust or its trustee relating to distributions that occurred prior to the initiation of this action.
