¶ 1 On September 22, 2005, Plaintiff Heather E. Brussow filed suit against Defendant William T. Webster for injuries she allegedly sustained in an automobile accident on July 18, 2003. Brussow alleged that Webster negligently caused the accident. The trial court granted Webster's motion to strike Brussow's untimely designated fact and expert witnesses.
