Smith seeks judicial review of the Workforce Appeals Board's (Board) decision establishing a fault overpayment of unemployment benefits based upon his failure to report receipt of Social Security benefits. Smith does not dispute that his weekly benefit amount should have been reduced beginning with the week for which he began receiving Social Security benefits and does not dispute the calculation of an overpayment...
