¶ 1 Judy M. Price slipped and fell on a puddle of water in a Smith's Food & Drug Centers, Inc. grocery store located in American Fork, Utah. Price filed suit against Smith's and Pyggy, Inc., dba Market Source West (Pyggy), alleging negligence and seeking damages for injuries to her arm, hip, and back. The trial court entered summary judgment in favor of Smith's. Price appeals that ruling.1 We affirm...
