¶ 1 Defendant argues that the district court erred in concluding that its April 14 and May 19, 2008, orders imposed illegal sentences. Because of this error, he claims, he was prevented from challenging his Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) program assessment and from being legitimately considered for a residential drug treatment program.
