OPINION

DAVIS, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Victor and Cindy Lawrence appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of Intermountain Isuzu (Intermountain). They primarily argue that the trial court erroneously determined that they are liable for (1) conspiracy to defraud, (2) conversion, and (3) punitive damages. We affirm.
