OPINION

THORNE, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant J.R.B. appeals from her conviction for securities fraud, see Utah Code Ann. § 61-1-1 (2006). Defendant argues that the evidence at trial was insufficient to support her conviction. We affirm.
