¶ 1 In their divorce proceeding, John Edward Keiter (Husband) and Dana Keiter (Wife) disputed whether fifty acres of land (the Property), located in Weber County near the Snowbasin Ski Resort, was marital property. The trial court determined that the Property was marital and ordered an equal distribution of its value.
