¶ 1 Defendant Jose Baltarcar Roybal was convicted of one count of driving under the influence of alcohol. Before trial, he moved to suppress the admission of the evidence obtained from a traffic stop, arguing that the traffic stop constituted an unreasonable search and seizure in violation of his rights under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, as well as article I, section 14 of the Utah Constitution...
