OPINION

McHUGH, Associate Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 William York appeals from two trial court orders. The first order denied York's motion to set aside the court's 2008 ruling that York had violated the Wrongful Lien Act, see Utah Code Ann. § 38-9-7 (2005).1 The second order sentenced York to two days in jail for contempt and declared York a "vexatious litigant" subject to restrictions on his ability to file pleadings...
