OPINION

GREENWOOD, Senior Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiffs Paul A. Wilkinson, Donna Wilkinson, Eldon D. East, and Sherene East (collectively, the Wilkinsons) appeal the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant Washington City (the City), determining that the City was immune from liability for damage to the Wilkinsons' properties because the City's action in increasing water pressure constituted a fire-fighting activity.
