BENCH, Senior Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant John E. Keiter (Doctor) appeals the trial court's denial of his motions for summary judgment, apportionment of fault, and directed verdict in a medical malpractice suit brought against him by Plaintiff Sharlene Call (Patient).
