INTRODUCTION

¶ 1 This appeal requires us to determine whether the juvenile court erred by failing to grant Daniel Dean Austin ("Mr. Austin") an evidentiary hearing on his motion to determine his right to notice of and consent to the adoption of D.A., a minor child, under Utah Code section 78-30-4.14 (Supp.2007).
