MEMORANDUM DECISION

BENCH, Judge:

¶ 1 Allison Sara Hanson (Mother) appeals the trial court's modification of a custody agreement granting custody of the children to Chad Jason Hanson (Father) if Mother refused to move back to Utah from Louisiana and reside "within a reasonable distance . . . of [Father's] present residence." Mother specifically challenges the trial court's determination that modification of the custody agreement was in the children...
