¶ 1 Defendants Marmalade Square Condominium Homeowners Association, Bruce Manka, and Frank Guyman (collectively Marmalade) appeal the district court's decision to set aside a default judgment entered against Plaintiff Cheap-O-Rooter, Inc. after Cheap-O-Rooter failed to appear at a hearing.
