¶ 1 Steve Richards appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Diana Brown on Richards's claim that the parties had an unsolemnized marriage pursuant to Utah Code section 30-1-4.5. Richards next challenges the trial court's order, which denied him an interest in the equity in Brown's home and reimbursement for home maintenance expenses Richards incurred while living with Brown.
