GREENWOOD, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Appellant Gary B. Stanford appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellees Kang S. and Marsha Park. In particular, Stanford argues that summary judgment was inappropriate because the amount of his liability on the guaranty was ambiguous and because the trial court erred in determining that he was not entitled to credit toward his personal guaranty for payments he made prior to this action...
