¶ 1 Douglas Patrick Doyle (Father) appeals the trial court's order granting Robin Elaine Doyle's (Mother) motion to modify custody of their son (Son), arguing that the court made a fatal procedural error, incorrectly found a substantial and material change in circumstances had occurred, and erred in determining that Mother's custody of Son would be in Son's best interest...
